Expect representatives from at least 1,500 food communities from 160 countries on all five continents to convene at Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2016. This special venue is a prestigious showcase for Slow Food leaders in the USA. From chefs to farmers, scholars to fishers, and bakers to activists, the diversity of our homegrown good food movement will be on display.

A meeting place for thousands of small-scale food producers from all over the world and hundreds of thousands of visitors. It is a showcase for the outstanding gastronomic diversity of all five continents, including the USA.

Join us at the Slow Food USA Booth (L040) daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm when you can taste special foods from all over the U.S. at our delegate pop-up. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday swing by our booth for a BYOB Aperitivo hour from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. We’ll have the snacks, you bring the fun!
