"What Is Slow Food? Expo" is an event to gather students, residents, school gardeners, local-sustainable producers, farmers, ranchers and business people. It is a time to explore interests, network, and share the word of the "Good, Clean and Fair" Slow Food philosophy. This event is a step in the effort to educate and raise awareness, offering first hand experience with alternative approaches to growing, buying, preparing, and serving food that supports the local economy and the environment.
The event will include a slide show of Slow Food campaigns around the world and in Prescott, tabling with products for sale, and a heritage dinner featuring Slow Food Southwest Ark of Taste products?
