Each summer we partner with the Intervale Center at its family-friendly Summervale celebration of local food, farmers and community. What better way for Slow Food Vermont to participate than to help eaters discover new foods and flavors!
Every Thursday evening in July and August from 5:30 to 8:00 PM on the lawn at the Intervale, Slow Food Vermont will feature a different food theme at its tasting booth. We are sure you will walk away from each week’s tasting with a little more knowledge, some thoughtful exposure to great local foods, and a new-found appreciation for how special our taste buds are!
All tastings are free!
