Kick off the school lunch conversation with local chefs as they join forces with students in the Careers in Culinary Arts Program for a mini-series of cooking demonstrations at Phoenix farmers markets this coming National Farm to School Month.
Armed with the budget of the current National School Lunch Program at $3.23 per student and the day’s market selections, each chef will create a family-friendly and wholesome dish that kids are sure to dig.
