We ask that you plan to arrive in Turin on October 21st, in the morning hours, and that you plan to depart on the 25th. It is ideal to select a departing flight that leaves midday or later since you may have lengthy travel from your housing to the airport.
* If you are planning to bring a spouse who is not a delegate, please note that Slow Food will not cover their transportation, lodging, meals or admittance into the event. Please make a note on the Flight and Housing form if you plan to find separate accommodations. In addition, please note that children under 18 are not permitted to attend Terra Madre and that, as a result, childcare will not be provided at the event.

Conference Content
The program for the Terra Madre 2010 “Earth Workshops” is online and has a great interactive tool: online forums. You can access the schedule of Earth Workshops and links to the forums by
clicking here.
This is your opportunity to help shape the content of the workshops at Terra Mare. You can post questions, answers, documents, or links to other sites. The more you get involved, the deeper the conversation will be able to go.
People will be participating in the forums in Italian, English, Spanish and French. A translation service is not available so please write as clearly and concisely as possible. Each forum has a moderator who handles it: they will coordinate discussion opening new topics and commenting.
Youth Food Movement
The Youth Food Movement, coordinated by faculty and students at the University of Gastronomic Science, will host a youth area and meeting space at Terra Madre 2010. The space aims to communicate the diverse range of ways that young people can become involved with Slow Food, and to draw attention to the issues that are most relevant to the next generation of sustainable food producers.
