Finlandia Vodka is sponsoring a benefit for Slow Food USA featuring Finnish/American chef Sara La Fountain to bring to the table a culinary experience focused on sustainability and ?slow food? principles. Chef La Fountain?s Finnish heritage shows itself in her distinctive cooking style, and in the way she incorporates sustainable practices into every facet of her culinary repertoire. Attendees will experience four dishes created with local ingredients (as well as a dash of Finlandia Vodka). To complement the fare, Finlandia?s global brand champion, Pekka Pellinen, will pair a Finlandia Vodka cocktail with each dish.
