Slow Food USA Regional Governors are volunteer leaders, recruited from our network of Convivium Leaders, who serve as mentors and facilitators to the Convivia in their region. Governors are nominated by the national office and confirmed by the leaders in their respective region to serve a 4-year term. Governors assist in the development of new convivia, facilitate communication amongst leaders, organize annual regional meetings and participate in the Annual Governors’ Forum with the Board and Staff of Slow Food USA.
