Slow Food USA has transferred management and development of the heritage turkey presidium to our technical partner, American Livestock Breeds Conservancy. The American Livestock Breeds Conservancy (ALBC) is a non-profit membership organization working to protect over 150 breeds of livestock and poultry from extinction.
